A Beautiful uplifting scent! Made with Oils of Olive, Coconut, Castor, and Shea Butter. Naturally colored with Annatto powder. Scented with pure Lemongrass and Spearmint essential oils. 4.5 – 5 oz bars.
This is a double butter bar made from oils supplied by Essential Depot. Its a rich lather, creamy bar. The scent is Apple Harvest from Candlescience. The colorants I blended myself from oxides from Elements Bath and Body. The embeds I created using a homemade melt and pour, the directions I got from the Ultimate Hot Process Soap guide. I then created a moldable soap using directions from the same guide and used this to create the pumpkins and leaves by hand. These soaps will be ready for sale in a month. Saponified oils of shea butter, safflower oil, extra virgin olive, castor, coconut oil, tamanue oil, organic coco butter, oatmeal, wheat germ, powdered milk, vitamin E oil, vegetable glycerin and just a hint of scent.
Shea Butter: Shea Butter is known for its moisturizing and emollient properties. It is often used as a base for medicinal ointments and is often found in many skin care products, such as cosmetics, lotions and soaps. Because of its vitamin rich qualities, Shea Butter is beneficial in treating dry and itchy skin, sunburns, chapped and damaged skin, as well as many other irritated skin conditions. Shea butter also offers a limited amount of UV protection and can be added into sunscreen recipes.
Coconut Oil: Coconut Oil is useful in formulations for dry, itchy, sensitive skin. It will not clog pores, and it absorbs readily into the skin. Coconut Oil is a gift to the soap making industry because of its resistance to rancidity and contribution towards making a hard bar of soap with a wonderfully fluffy lather. Coconut Oil is light and non-greasy.
Tamanu Oil: Tamanu Oil is hydrating, and it also helps regenerate skin cells. Research shows that Tamanu Oil is a strong anti-inflammatory. It is useful for the treatment of rheumatism, eczema and inflammatory skin conditions. The oil has been used for its ability to help heal cuts and wounds while acting as a germicide to prevent infection
Our Pine Tar Soap is handmade using the hot process method with saponified oils of castor, olive, coconut, and sustainable palm, shea butter, avocado oil, aloe vera, coconut milk, sea salt, sodium lactate, sugar, maple syrup, yogurt, tussah silk, essential oils, and vitamin E.
