Our conditioner bars are nourishing, repairing, moisturizing and de-tangling. You can use this conditioner bar as a night treatment, leave in conditioner or use as a regular conditioner as you normally would. Made with coffee (local Black Rabbit coffee) which removes odors and made in a special way that allows your hands to be stripped of the smell but not strip your hands of the natural oils they need to keep from being dry and agitated. We use lye but add additional skin-loving oils like organic coconut oil, organic shea butter, organic cocoa butter and more so that what is left after the soap-making process is skin-loving odor-removing soap that will leave your hands soft and feeling great! We also add goat milk because it is amazing for keeping your skin feeling great long after you have washed your hands. Yes, it takes extra steps and a considerable amount of time to make it the way we do, but we're not interested in taking shortcuts. We're interested in giving you the best product we can so that it will be the best hand soap you've ever tried. We cure our soaps 4-6 weeks because it creates a hard, longer lasting bar... because we know you work hard for your money and you deserve to get more than you expected. End your day with a relaxing buttermilk and oatmeal bath. Buttermilk is high in fat and lactic acid. Both help soften and hydrate the skin. Oatmeal is a gentle exfoliant that will aid in the removal of dead skin cells. It is also soothing to itchy skin, and is said to provide relief for eczema.
To round out the skin-conditioning, I added mango butter and sunflower oil. Mango butter offers softening, soothing, and moisturizing properties. It is non-greasy and absorbs easily into the skin. Sunflower oil is high in vitamin e, a top antioxidant. It also is easily absorbed and won't clog the pores.
Scented with chamomile essential oil, the fragrance has relaxing and sedative benefits. Chamomile is said to calm the mind as it eases anxiety, worries, and tension. Chamomile is also said to be useful in treating skin problems like dry itchy skin, rashes, and eczema.
