The main ingredient is Coco Sulphate, derived from coconuts.

Rice Water is a thin + low sudsing shampoo. Don’t let the low sudsing fool you, Rice Water does what it’s supposed to do . . . gently cleanse your hair without foaming agents, fillers, thickeners, parabens + other nasties SULFATE FREE.
Hemp Seed Oil (unrefined) contains Omega3, Omega6 + Omega9 fatty acids, which are necessary in stimulating growth.
Ionized Acid Water helps stimulate scalp to promote hair growth; cleanse hair without stripping natural oils; remove build-up from chemical products; hair retain moisture for better conditioning; has antibacterial + anti-fungal properties to help with flaky + itchy scalps and closes the hair cuticle allowing for shine + fewer tangles. dl-Panthenol known as “Pro-Vitamin B5” or “Pantothenic Acid”, strengthens the hair shaft, conditions + adds luster to hair.
Hydrolyzed Soy Protein enhances hair manageability, improves the body + texture of hair, improves feel + dry comb properties, contains cystine for hair strengthening + nourishment.

The “Apply Topically” Rosemary Lavender Conditioner bar, works great. It has no liquid so very little is needed. Just rub against your wet head and work in. By the time your shower or bath is over, you can rinse it out. Hair feels smooth and silky. Again this is great for every day use. I use my bar shampoo and conditioner daily. But, especially great for travel. No worries about leaking liquids in your suitcase or concerns about the 3 oz limit per TSA. Eco-friendly with no plastics to discard. Ingredients include BTMS 50 (from canola oil, it works as a detangler), cetyl alcohol (from vegetable oils,works as moisturizer), shea butter (also excellent moisturizer), cetrimonium chloride (anti static component),panthenol (derived from rice, works as another moisturizer), hydrolyzed silk (non animal protein which provides moisture retention), germall plus (preservative, necessary to prevent bacterial and fungal contamination) and essential oils of rosemary and lavender.One regular bar will last as long as a much bigger shampoo bar.
Beard oil is used to nourish the skin under the beard, as well as the beard itself in order to keep it “soft, shiny, and smooth”. Beard oil mimics the natural oils produced by skin, such as sebum, and is composed mainly of carrier oils and essential oils.
