Inspired by a design seeds creation, Tulu’s color scheme was born. Lightly scented with Kentish rain and grass stain, Tulu gets its beautiful colors from Australian red reef clay, ultramarine violet and amala powder, to name a few. Tulu has some quality ingredients including Shea butter which was purchased from Essential Depot!
All of our products are made with the finest, eco-friendly and skin loving ingredients. We use goat’s milk, coconut milk, distilled water and even the purest filtered rain water! Our finest butters, oils, fragrances (essential oils) and hues dance with each other to create our beautiful and amazing smelling bars!! We also make lotions to match the essential oil or fragrance to each of many fragrances!
In addition to the basic ingredients, we add other benefiting ingredients such as benzonite clay for oil skin and acne, milled oatmeal for dryness, activated charcoal to “vacuum” acne-producing oils, milled rose petals for exfoliation as well as a variety of teas for their many skin benefits..
Our Miracle Face Cream is all natural with yummy ingredients such as Rosehip Seed Oil, Vitamin E, Sweet Almond Oil, tea infusion and amazing essential oils. Lemon & Lime meets lovely! This cold process goodie has a glycerin rose embellishment and two glycerin heart embellishments for extra artsy lovliness and lather! This fresh scented goodie bar smells like lemon-lime zest (not freshly squeezed lemons) wrapped in a bouquet of orange blossoms, and followed up with faint eucalyptus and lavender.
End your day with a relaxing buttermilk and oatmeal bath. Buttermilk is high in fat and lactic acid. Both help soften and hydrate the skin. Oatmeal is a gentle exfoliant that will aid in the removal of dead skin cells. It is also soothing to itchy skin, and is said to provide relief for eczema.
To round out the skin-conditioning, I added mango butter and sunflower oil. Mango butter offers softening, soothing, and moisturizing properties. It is non-greasy and absorbs easily into the skin. Sunflower oil is high in vitamin e, a top antioxidant. It also is easily absorbed and won’t clog the pores.
Scented with chamomile essential oil, the fragrance has relaxing and sedative benefits. Chamomile is said to calm the mind as it eases anxiety, worries, and tension. Chamomile is also said to be useful in treating skin problems like dry itchy skin, rashes, and eczema.
Sensuous Sandalwood is relaxing and warm, sexy, and subtle all at the same time. The vanilla softens the sandalwood just enough but not overpowering it.
