I make over 30 different cold processed soaps. Most are made with coconut, sustainable palm and olive oils. I super fat my soaps by adding extra oils and butter, like avocado oils, castor oils, shea butter , mango butter and so on. I use mostly essential oils. Most of my soaps are anywhere from 5 to 5.8 ounce a bar I have been making soaps for over 17 years. It is a passion for me. I sell primarily at green markets. Most of my customers are from all the years I have been selling at green markets, for 13 years. I do sell wholesale but not in large quantities.

Nourishing and relaxing~
Two wonderful ingredients combined in this favorite bar. Lavender Essential Oil has stress reducing, tension relieving, and relaxation inducing properties. It’s calming scent eases the nerves and feelings of anxiety. And to that we have oatmeal which also has numerous uses and is a popular skin-care treatment.It has a moisturizing effect on the skin and also helps in exfoliation. Oatmeal moisturizes, protects and gently cleanses your skin. It also corrects the pH of itchy or inflamed skin back to normal.
We began with a generous amount of nutritious goats milk from our own herd of dairy goats, along with olive oil; palm oil; soybean oil; and coconut oil. We added lavender essential oil along with freshly crushed lavender buds & seeds from local nurseries. Then we blended in fresh ground oatmeal for it’s healing and moisturizing properties. Natural mica powders are sometimes added for some fun swirls.
Our shop features handcrafted products that are made in small batches using the finest oils, butters and botanicals. We take great pride in the making of each product keeping it as natural as possible without any added additives, harmful chemicals or harsh ingredients. The moisturizing oils used in our soaps will produce a rich luxurious lather that will leave your skin clean and soft without stripping it of its natural oils. Most of our all natural herbal essential oil bars may be used for the face, body, Shampoo or even as a shaving soap.
**Please be advised that our soaps are made primarily as a face and body soap and MAY BE USED as a shampoo. Due to different hair types it may work great as a shampoo for one and not so much for another. Please see descriptions below

Soothe is one of four unscented soaps available from Botany Barn. This soap is made from all organic oils and butters, as well as organically grown carrots and flowers. It features a triple threat of calendula – first we infuse the olive oil with dried calendula petals for at least 3 weeks, we also use calendula infused water for the water portion of the soap, and finally add finely ground petals to the soap, and petals on top. This soap is amazing for sensitive skin, and features only the natural colors from the carrots and calendula infused oil and water. It features carrot puree as a main ingredient, which is very high in vitamin A and nourishing to the skin as well as micro ground oats.
