Chondrus crispus—commonly called Irish sea moss or carrageen moss —is a species of red algae. Sea Moss has 92 of the 102 vitamins and minerals the body needs. Sea Moss decreases inflammation in the skin, hydrates skin and gives it a natural glow. It heals damaged/irritated skin and prevents breakouts. Sea moss can actually help your skin produce collagen and keratin, too. This helps strengthen your skin and gives it the elasticity it needs to prevent wrinkles and look smooth and healthy.
This soap, never mind the fierce name, is a wonderfully gentle soap on your skin. It is yet another of my 100% natural soaps and goes so far as to not even include coconut oil for those of you who may have allergies to it. All of the beautiful coloration comes from Activated Charcoal, Annatto Seed infused Olive Oil and Calendula infused Olive Oil. So not only are you getting beautiful colors, you are also getting extra benefits from the ingredients! The scent of this soap comes from a blend of Lime, Orange, Grapefruit and Ylang Ylang essential oils. All the oils in this soap are: Olive Oil, RSPO Palm Oil, Rice Bran Oil and Organic Shea Butter.

These soaps are made from scratch in small batches using the hot process method with premium ingredients including organic Coconut oil (excellent cleansing properties and will lather well even in very hard water), Avocado oil (gentle on sensitive skin), Olive oil (moisturizing properties), and essential oils. Our homestead soaps are all Paraben and Phthalate free. These are large bars between 5 and 6 ounces each and measure approximately 1" thick, 3.5" wide, and 3" tall. Each bar is hand cut so sizes may vary slightly. Each soap bar comes packaged in a reusable linen/organza drawstring bag making them perfect for gifting. Colors may vary per bar.
