Both the hot process and cold process methods are used to create the most luxurious and skin-loving natural soaps that you will ever use. We only use fair-trade, sustainable, and conflict free oils and butters in all of our products, package our soaps in 100% recyclable packaging, and ship using recyclable materials.

Due to the nature of these items, refunds cannot be given and returns are not accepted. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email me at pearlandoaksoap@gmail.com, and I will do my best to work with you to come up with a solution. Please allow 3-4 weeks for the completion of custom orders, unless otherwise stated. All in-stock orders will ship priority mail within 1-3 business days, and most include $100 worth of insurance. If you would like to purchase insurance, please let me know before you pay and I will edit your invoice to reflect the cost of the extra insurance.

The products may not be pretty, but THEY WILL STILL WORK. Just pop them in the fridge for a few hours or over night, and they should firm right up again!
Hand made in small batches we work hard to make sure our soaps and body products are nourishing and of high quality. In the Eucalyptus Mint soap we used olive, coconut, palm, palm kernel, lavender and rosemary oils, shea butter, and eucalyptus and peppermint essential oils. It smells and feels wonderful.
