Citronella oil is popularly used as an insect repellent. In fact, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) classifies it as a bio-pesticide with a non-toxic mode of action. Then we also add goat milk and honey to the recipe to make it so soothing to the skin. We have use straight non diluted citronella essential oil for this wonderful bubble bath and shower gel.
