This bar is amazing smelling and feels wonderful on your skin. Leaves it feeling soft, clean and no need of lotion. I have a layer of dried lemongrass leaves for extra exfoliation.
I use sustainable Palm oil .. Coconut oil .. Castor oil .. Avocado oil .. Olive oil .. Organic Honey and the Lemongrass leaves.
The Bees’ Knees—an unscented, dye-free soap for body, face, and hands
Made on a small farm community in Bennington, Vermont with beeswax and honey from the soapmaker’s own bees---and with whey from a beautiful goat named Demelza.
Bar color is natural, with variations caused by:
- The extent of caramelization of the sugars in the honey and whey at soap-making temperatures
- Natural coloration of red palm butter (orangutan-safe, organic & sustainable)
- Natural coloration of beeswax
- Ambient temperature as the soap sets and cures

Our most gentle bar made with Lemongrass Essential Oil and blended with grounded calendula flowers for an amazing exfoliation! Goat's Milk provides a deep and gentle cleanse and it is very soothing and moisturizing, working to help restore your skin with its many essential nutrients and moisturizing properties. We infused our olive oil with calendula flowers to enhance the benefits of this soap! Natural soap infused with Calendula olive oil is considered to be a very effective herbal remedy for skin problems.
Citronella oil is popularly used as an insect repellent. In fact, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) classifies it as a bio-pesticide with a non-toxic mode of action. Then we also add goat milk and honey to the recipe to make it so soothing to the skin. We have use straight non diluted citronella essential oil for this wonderful bubble bath and shower gel. Have it ready on hand for summer. Keep at sink and wash hands throughout the day for best results. We also have a Lotion to go with this to give you that added protection.
All soaps are handmade. Some are 100% with essential oils and others have fragrance oils.
