How come some oils have numbers and such in their names

How come some oils have numbers and such in their names such as Lavender 40/42, Lemon 5-Fold, Mandarin 10X, Ylang Ylang 3, Tangerine Redistilled, Extra, Terpeneless, Rectified, etc…? Does that mean that the oil has been adulterated?
