This is the one that started it all! I (like many) got fed up with many things. Primary above them is the abuse we put the largest organ in our body through... Our Skin. Full of chemicals and petroleum products, I decided to do better by going backward. Our recipe is based on a 125+ year old Texas Ranch recipe and a 225+ year old Greek Spartan recipe. Combined, this is a powerhouse of skin healing by providing it with the nutrients that it needs. Tallow, sure, but also Olive oil, Coconut oil, Castor oil, Glycerine, Lanolin, and essential oils like Myrrh and Frankincense.
Turmeric and Woad infused Olive Oil, organic Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, organic Shea Butter, Peanut oil, Stearic Acid, Blackseed Oil, and essential oils of Frankincense, Sweet Orange, and Ylang Ylang.
This soap is pure and natural, with added flax seed to provide gentle exfoliation. It contains coconut oil, olive oil, RSPO palm oil and a blend of other essential oils such as Argan and grape seed. It has little scent, as a light hand with Frankincense essential oil is used. It is meant for facial use as it is extremely gentle, but can be used all over the body. I make my soaps in small batches to ensure quality and consistency.

My Dad (a.k.a. Pop Pops) is an amazingly caring and loving man. He has always taken care of his kids, grandkids and great-grandkids whenever any of us needed him, still does. I named this soap Gpa's Rub Some Dirt On It because when any of us would (and still do) get minor bumps or scrapes he would always jokingly tell us to "rub some dirt on it" as if that would heal everything. It still makes me giggle to hear him say that.
There is no actual "dirt" in these 5 to 6 ounce bars, but rather, bentonite clay…clay is dirt, right?…and thin veins of activated charcoal. Both have been added to this soap for a very gentle exfoliating and they are said to help remove toxins. There is also lavender, tea tree and frankincense essential oils all of which have antibacterial properties. I can't say this soap will heal wounds but it's soap…so essential oils or not…it will clean and moisturize.
The scent is slightly floral but mostly herbal and earthy, the tea tree oil is the star here. There are no colorants added, just the natural colors of the bentonite clay, activated charcoal and hemp seed oil.
