I have a full 8 oz bottle of RELAXATION BUBBLE BATH. This bubble bath is a staple to have on hand for those really hard days when you really need to relieve tension. Time alone in a hot bath with this bubble bath is a tension reliever. This blend has Patchouli, Rose, Lavender and Sandalwood. Breathing this combination will help ease and soothe any stressful day.
Some herbs will thin my liquid soap base down. I never add additives to fix that issue as I don't find it necessary. This soap is medium thick. I make no medical claims of course because I am only a doctor of mother medicine. Shake well before each use. Use one tablespoon per bath under running water as my bubble baths will bubble quite well, even the thin ones. If you have a jacuzzi tub, start with only 1/2 tablespoon.
Patchouli-- This oil works great for people suffering from depression. It helps them to get over the feelings of sadness or loss and fills them with new hope. That is why patchouli essential oil is so frequently used in aromatherapy. It uplifts mood, drives away disappointment, and relaxes tension in the majority of people, even if they are being treated for something else. This is due to the impact that inhaling patchouli essential oil has on the hormones and various chemical reactions in the body and mind. By stimulating the release of pleasure hormones like serotonin and dopamine, feelings of anxiety, anger, and sadness simply disappear.
Roses have a calming, relaxing and sensuous, its delightful scent takes you away from it all - especially if you lock the door!
Lavender is one of the most fragrant of all herbs. It has been used since
ancient times for perfumes, for bathing, for wound healing, and as a natural
insect repellent. Also used by American Indians for incense smudging.
If your into a little astrology, Lavender is considered an air element. It is
used in smudging to achieving a sense of happiness and peace. It reduces
depression and sorrow, and provides restful sleep. Used also for meditation.
Sandalwood essential oil can help you achieve more clarity and calmness due to its extensive therapeutic benefits. This special essential oil doesn’t just have an amazing scent, sandalwood can also have an effect on overall well-being and mental health, along with many other surprising healing properties.
Used in beauty treatments since ancient times, clay is a natural gift from mother earth that draws out impurities and toxins with its naturally absorptive abilities.
3 different kinds to select from, for different kind of skins. TURMERIC for Normal Skin, LAVENDER for Dry Skin and SEA for Oily Skin.
Pamper yourself the healthy way, relax and clean your face at the same time. Really easy to use.
Instructions for use:
Cleanse Skin. Smooth onto face and neck. Leave on skin for 15-30 minutes.
To remove: Splash water over the face. Give a gentle massage with your fingertips, scrubbing in circular motion until the clay is completely re-hydrated. Rinse off. Pat dry with a face towel. Do not use any soap or cleanser after or to remove it.
When using, try not to let the clay mask dry fully.
Why?
Clay masks go through three phases:
1- Damp phase: Your skin drinks in the beneficial minerals from the outside.
2 -the start of the dry phase: Exercises your capillaries and stimulates blood flow as the mask cools and contracts.
3 - Dry phase: Draws out moisture from the surface of your skin, causing dehydration and irritation. And with this, the skin not only feels dry, tight, and sometimes itchy, but when you counteract it by slathering on extra face cream, you're just smothering your freshly cleansed skin!
Don't forget to take a funny wearing a mask picture for instagram!
