How do I know if the Essential Oil I am considering to purchase is within the acceptable range?

Since I do not have access to the ISO Standards for Essential Oils (and I do not know how to read the Standard even if I had access), how do I know if the Essential Oil I am considering to purchase is within the acceptable range?
