I know the FDA frowns upon selling products with medical claims that have not been proven or approved. But what about customer testimonials or reviews or videos (such as You Tube or FaceBook or Twitter)? Is what the customer states in a FaceBook post or a Tweet or a Review a medical claim attaching to my product? Does it matter if the customer's statement is on my advertisement or website about my product or on my customer's own personal Twitter account or FaceBook account?
