How much CBD isolate should I use per pound of oils if I am making cold-process bar soap? Is there a legal max threshold of cbd in soap? How do I calculate how much cbd is in my soap? What’s a good percentage of CBDs to have ideally in cold-process bar soap? Is that the same for liquid soap that has been hot-processed, &  in which case we add the CBDs AFTER the lye when the liquid soap is already finished, right? I am only assuming CBD isolate should be added to the oil before the lye for solid bar soap, is that correct? Thank you in advance…  PS – if we add the cbd to hot-processed liquid soap (after the lye) then does that make it a cosmetic?
