I purchased 3 5# plastic tubs through Amazon.com (no shipping charges) The shea I received was extremely hard (needed a knife to cut into it) and when melted in my soap batch, there were many floating impuriies throughout the batch. Assuming it was the shea (the only new ingredient in the batch) so I melted some shea by itself. Sure enough, many floating “threads” throughout. Not only did it ruin a 15# batch of soap, I had to order more shea and wait for delivery, stopping production. Not sure what the issue was but you may want to be sure what you are selling on Amazon is up to your standards. I reported to Essential Depot but they said to send the info to you. Feels like I’m being passed off. Dissappointed in the product quality and response.
