Our shop features handcrafted products that are made in small batches using the finest oils, butters and botanicals. We take great pride in the making of each product keeping it as natural as possible without any added additives, harmful chemicals or harsh ingredients. The moisturizing oils used in our soaps will produce a rich luxurious lather that will leave your skin clean and soft without stripping it of its natural oils.

We offer 100% all natural soap bars that contain only therapeutic grade essential oils, clays, and herbs with no added fragrance oils or colorants and also those scented with fragrance oil, essential oil and fragrance oil blends with mica colorants. All of our soap contain the same base ingredients unless otherwise stated. Each of our hot process soap bars have been super-fated with Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Coconut Oil, Organic Unrefined Shea Butter, Vegetable Glycerin & Vitamin E.

Please be advised that our soaps are made primarily as a face and body soap and MAY BE USED as a shampoo. Due to different hair types it may work great as a shampoo for one and not so much for another.

Beautiful gift set of 3 Lavender Essential Oil Soaps made of Tallow, Argan Oil, Babassu, and Castor with Essential Oils of Lavender, Clove Bud, Ylang Ylang, Patchouli and Rose Absolute. Mica minerals were used for color and cosmetic grade glitter sprinkled on top. The 3 Flower Blossoms is made with Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Apricot Kernel Oil, Castor, Avocado, Kokum Butter, Rosehip Oil and Tallow. This is an essential oil soap with a generous amount of Lavender and Lavendin Essential Oil and ground Lavender bud as well as the sweetness of Vanilla Bean. Lavender is very helpful for problem skin and has an uplifting affect. There are many health benefits to using Lavender Essential oil aromatically and topically as explained below.

The health benefits of lavender essential oil include its ability to eliminate nervous tension, relieve pain, disinfect the scalp and skin, enhance blood circulation and treat respiratory problems. The Latin name of lavender is Lavare, which means “to wash”, due to its particularly pleasant aroma.

Lavender oil is extracted mostly from the flowers of the lavender plant, primarily through steam distillation. The flowers of lavender are fragrant in nature and have been used for making potpourri for centuries. Traditionally, lavender essential oil has also been used in making perfumes. The oil is very useful in aromatherapy and many aromatic preparations and combinations are made using lavender oil.

Lavender oil blends well with many other essential oils including cedarwood, pine, clary sage, geranium, and nutmeg. Today, lavender essential oil is frequently used in various forms including aromatherapy oil, gels, infusion, lotion, and soaps.

Health Benefits Of Lavender Essential Oil
The various health benefits of lavender essential oil include the following:

Bug Repellent: The smell of lavender essential oil is potent for many types of bugs like mosquitoes, midges, and moths. Apply some of the lavender oil on the exposed skin when outside to prevent these irritating bites. Furthermore, if you do happen to be bitten by one of those bugs, the lavender essential oil has anti-inflammatory qualities that will reduce the irritation and the pain associated with bug bites.

Sleep: Lavender essential oil induces sleep which has made it a common recommendation for an alternative treatment of insomnia. Frequent studies on elderly patients have shown an increase in their sleep regularity when their normal sleep medication is replaced with some lavender essential oil being placed on their pillows. Therefore, it can also be helpful in treating migraines, headaches, depression, nervous tension and emotional stress. Each recipe may include different combinations of the saponified oils of Coconut, Soy Olive, Palm Kernel, Palm, Castor, Sweet Almond and nuturing butters such as Shea, Mango and Cocoabutter. The soaps are fragranced using High quality essential oils and the finest fragrance oils. Essential oils are also considered and used for the specific healing or nurturing qualities believed to be inherent in them.

Glycerin is a natural byproduct of the saponification process and remains in all Jaxxsoaps. You will not find this to be true of many commercially prepared products. There are no petroleum products in anything Jaxsoaps that touched your skin!
