Customers continue to state incorrect terms for the CBD that I use in my products. They call it full spectrum hemp oil, THC, isolated CBD, crystalized CBD, ... The customer does not have an understanding of these terms and will typically use the terms interchangeably. Does it matter? Should I correct my customer and explain?

My customers constantly refer to CBD by incorrect terms.
