Don’t let misery get in your way of the day. Apply the roller as soon as the first signs start, whether it be a headache, sinuses or body aches. Apply to temples, forehead, back of neck, wrists and under nose. Always be safe and test a small area first. You can also roll a small amount into each of your palms, cup them around your nose and gently inhale and exhale several times. Wait for it? Ahhh!
For the smooth moves apply to fine lines and wrinkles wherever needed and gently pat.
Directions: Light candle, wait until top layer of oil is melted, blow out candle and massage by hand into skin.
Massage (THERAPEUTIC TOUCH) is healing and relaxing. Use daily or weekly for best results! Use self-massage, or employ a friend to help you with hard to reach areas!

Ingredients: Shea Butter, Avocado Oil, Hydrogenated Vegetable Glycerides, Theobroma Cacao (Deoderized Cocoa Butter)

These lantern containers are filled with 9 ounces of soy wax. The iron hanger is attached to a thick glass container suitable for hanging from a secure hook or hanging fixture. The container color represents the fragrance. I personally choose not used candle colorant to keep with a more natural environment. Email me for special request to have the wax colored.
The lantern container can be reused after the candle is used up. Lantern colors include orange, green, blue. purple, pink, and white. As I find more colors, they will be added too.
Current stock includes: tangerine/orange scented with essential oils, lavender, coconut/mango/pineapple, chilled pink sangria, and Spa H2O.
Note: remove all exterior paper from the glass of the candle container before burning. Read the bottom of your candler burning instructions. Keep lit candles away from any loose fabric and away from draft.

Silk Road Spice is a spicy earthy scent, that smells reminiscent of walking into a spice bazaar. Slightly sweet, but not overpowering, and just a little bite of spice.
Herbal Essence is very much an herbal scent, with light floral aromas, and a little peppery kick of Neroli.
Green Tea Smoothie smells almost like it sounds. It’s sweet, earthy, it smells green (if you could smell colors), with a dose of fruit and citrus.

How to use Sniffand inhalers:
- Place the inhaler tip NEXT to and just about a half an inch below your nostril. (You do not need to place the nasal inhaler inside the nostrils. In fact, we suggest you never insert them in your nose).
- Slowly inhale, being slowly the key. Count slowly 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. as you inhale. Then hold for another count of 5, then slowly exhale. What this does is help your body to absorb and utilize the essential constituents so helpful for your health. It gives the essential oil molecules a chance to be absorbed into your bloodstream. Once they are there, they can be delivered throughout the body and to the brain as needed.
- Repeat the above procedure – 2 to 3 times for each nostril and then you are done.
But what if you have nasal congestion? Then you will need to use two separate nasal inhalers. FIRST, our SNIFFAND and BREATH again to decongest your nasal passage and then the specific one you need.
